Why the TreadMaster is the Smart Choice

Dramatic Labor Savings: Reduce expensive manual scrubbing labor by up to 98%, allowing maintenance crews to multitask while the machine operates. Restores Original Luster: Regular maintenance eliminates built-up grit and oxidation, maintaining brand-new appearance and extending escalator step lifespan. Eliminates Liability: Prevents slip hazards caused by oil, beverage spills, and soils while protecting technicians from dangerous manual cleanups. 25+ Years of Industry Trust: Decades of manufacturer endorsements make the TreadMaster the worldwide benchmark for escalator care.

Effortless Hands-Off Cleaning in a Simple Three-Step Process

Cleaning escalator treads and horizontal moving walkways is no longer a labor-intensive, hazardous job. TreadMaster delivers true one-stop, automatic operation that cleans and polishes stair treads across their entire width without repositioning during the cleaning cycle.

1. Position: Simply roll the compact, self-contained TreadMaster unit to the base of the escalator.
2. Lower: Lower the cleaning head into place on the tread surface.
3. Activate: Turn on the unit and activate the escalator. The machine cleans and polishes automatically in one continuous motion, collecting all loosened residue in its onboard vacuum system.

Because the unit requires no manual intervention once set up, custodial and maintenance staff are free to perform other vital facility tasks. The included clip-on "ESCALATOR CLEANING IN PROGRESS" safety sign keeps patrons safely clear while the machine works.
